Therefore, the principle of health preservation in autumn is to maintain the income of people who drink, eat, live, and exercise. 8月7日21時30分(fēn)34秒(miǎo),立秋。 立秋意味着涼爽季節的開始。但正直三伏天中(zhōng),天氣仍舊十分(fēn)炎熱,防暑降溫還是十分(fēn)必要的。 不過,立秋總歸是進入秋季的标志(zhì),立秋後,自然界陽氣漸收,陰氣漸長(cháng),也是人體(tǐ)陰陽代謝(xiè)出現陽消陰長(cháng)的過渡時期。因此秋季養生,凡飲食起居、精(jīng)神情志(zhì)、運動鍛煉、皆以養收為(wèi)原則。 1、起居調養 秋季應“早卧早起,與雞具(jù)興”。早卧以順應陽氣之收斂,早起為(wèi)使肺氣得以舒展,且防收斂之太過。 立秋乃初秋之時,暑熱未盡,雖有(yǒu)涼風時至,但天氣變化無常,即使同一地區(qū)也會出現“一天有(yǒu)四季,十裏不同天”的情形,因而着衣不宜太多(duō),否則會影響機體(tǐ)對氣候轉冷的适應能(néng)力,易受涼感冒。 "春困秋乏夏打盹",立秋後不僅僅是困,還讓人覺得渾身乏力提不起勁。大家應避免秋乏的現象出現,保持充足的睡眠,适當進行體(tǐ)育鍛煉,鍛煉的時候要循序漸進。 2、精(jīng)神調養 秋季人們既有(yǒu)收獲的喜悅,也難免觸景生情,産(chǎn)生"夕陽無限好,隻是近黃昏"的失落感。 因此,在進行精(jīng)神調養時,要做到内心甯靜,神志(zhì)安(ān)甯,心情舒暢,切忌悲憂傷感,即使遇到傷感的事,也應主動予以排解,以避肅殺之氣,同時還應收斂神氣,以适應秋天容平之氣。 3、飲食調養 《素問·髒氣法時論》說:“肺主秋……肺收斂,急食酸以收之,用(yòng)酸補之,辛瀉之。”酸味收斂肺氣,辛味發散瀉肺,秋天宜收不宜散,所以要盡量少吃蔥、姜等辛味之品,适當多(duō)食酸味果蔬。 秋季燥氣當令,易傷津液,飲食應以滋陰潤肺為(wèi)宜。可(kě)适當食用(yòng)芝麻、糯米、粳米、蜂蜜、枇杷、菠蘿、乳品等柔潤食物(wù),以益胃養肺生津。 注意補充維生素和微量元素,多(duō)吃一些清淡食物(wù)。 4、運動調養 秋季是運動鍛煉的大好時機,每人可(kě)視情況選擇,如太極拳、瑜伽、遊泳、拉筋、快走、慢跑、爬樓梯、滑旱冰、跳繩、踢毽子、打羽毛球等。 大連金石灘醫(yī)院地址:大連金石灘國(guó)家旅遊度假區(qū)青石路99号 咨詢電(diàn)話:87903438
