Risk management of infectious diseases and public health emergencies
Under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions and other professional institutions, township health centers, village health centers and community health service centers (stations) shall assist in screening, collecting and providing risk information on infectious diseases and public health emergencies, and participate in risk assessment and formulation of emergency plans. Public health emergencies refer to major infectious diseases that occur suddenly and cause or may cause serious damage to public health, mass diseases of unknown causes, major food and occupational poisoning and other events that seriously affect public health.
Discovery and registration of infectious diseases and public health emergencies
Township health centers, village clinics and community health service centers (stations) should fill in the outpatient diary, entry/discharge diary, X-ray examination and laboratory test results. The first-visiting doctor shall fill in the infectious disease report card of the People's Republic of China as required after discovering infectious disease patients and suspected patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment. Patients, suspected patients and prescribed pathogen carriers of other class b and c infectious diseases shall be reported within 24 hours.
3. Revised reports and supplementary reports. When errors are found in the reports, or changes in the reported cases or diagnoses, the infectious disease report card and/or the information report card related to public health emergencies should be revised in time; Supplementary reports should be made in time for unreported cases of infectious diseases and public health emergencies.

3. Epidemiological survey. To assist in the epidemiological investigation of patients, suspected patients and public health emergencies within the jurisdiction, collect and provide relevant information of patients, close contacts and other persons exposed to health hazards.
4. Epidemic area treatment. Do a good job of on-site control, disinfection and isolation, personal protection, medical waste and sewage treatment in medical institutions. To assist in the sanitary treatment of contaminated sites, to carry out pest control, rodent control and other work.
5. Emergency vaccination and preventive medication. Assist in emergency vaccination, preventive medication, distribution of emergency medicines and protective equipment, and provide guidance.
6. Publicity and education. According to the nature and characteristics of infectious diseases and public health emergencies within the jurisdiction, publicity and education of relevant knowledge and skills, laws and regulations shall be carried out.
